Purchases and subscriptions
- If a purchase is missing, use Restore Purchases on the Premium screen.
- Manage cancellation and renewal from your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
- If Premium is not enabled after payment, send us the store order number without sharing card or payment credentials.
Account and sign-in
- Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to reset an email password.
- If you signed in with Apple or Google, choose the same sign-in method you used before.
- You can delete your account and related data from Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete my account in the App.
- If you cannot access the App, send a support request from the account deletion page.
Report a technical issue
If the app closes, content does not load, or a tool behaves unexpectedly, send a screenshot together with the device model, operating system, and app version. Never send your email, Apple, or Google password or your card details.
