Delete from the App
If you can access your account, the most direct option is the in-app deletion flow:
- Open Kıvılcım AI and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete my account.
- Read the permanent-deletion notice and confirm the action.
If you cannot access the App
From the email address used for your account, email info@zenithsolutions.ai with the subject “Kıvılcım AI account deletion request”. Support will provide the steps needed to verify account ownership and process the request under the Privacy Policy.
Do not email your password, Apple or Google password, card details, or verification codes.
Scope of deletion
The request covers the account and profile or study data that can be associated with it. Retention periods, legal obligations, and service-provider details are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage any active subscription separately in the relevant store's subscription settings.
